P3 Mission

With the increasing volume of injuries in youth baseball due to a higher volume of workload at younger ages, often with poor biomechanics and lack of appropriate mechanical instruction.  My goal is to educate and instruct young athletes so they are equipped prevent injury.

The tools and principles taught through P3 are not limited to baseball.  I hope to reach youth athletes pursuing endeavors across many sports with the goal of limiting the rate of preventable injuries.

At the end of the day, often the best ability....is availability.  Let us teach you how to stay in the game!

Who We Are

IMG_2970_edited_edited.jpg

Player Performance Project (P3) is dedicated to providing Athletic Training services for youth athletes. The aim is to enrich the skills of youth athletes by offering valuable training resources through subscriptions as well as video tutorials, biomechanical assessments powered by Valor Biomechanics (www.valorvision.ai) and programming corrective exercise to address areas of movement and range of motion deficiencies   P3 also provides treatment and rehab services to return athletes to their sport healthy and ready to compete.

Through my experience as an Athletic Trainer working in baseball for the past 18 years in levels ranging from High School to Professional, my goal is to limit the epidemic of arm and body injuries that are occurring at much younger ages than seen in the past.  Through the aforementioned tools and experience that I currently utilize as the Athletic Trainer for Arizona State University Baseball and Men's Golf, our Project is to curb the trend of higher injury rates seen at youth ages.
